Donna at the front desk was very helpful. She went above and beyond explaining why my motheru2019s hearing aids werenu2019t working. Then she cleaned them for me, demonstrating how to do it in the future.

The team checked and got me in before the warranty on my hearing aids expired. The hearing aids were ship to the manufacturer and refurbished under the warranty. I got them back and they are like new. Very happy with everything they did for me.

Needed adjustment that has seemed elusive to get right. The new pair was finally matched to the settings of the last pair and now I can hear again. Happy.

I made a horrible mistake buying hearing aids at Sam's. They charged $4,400.00 and they were my worst nightmare. Feedback that would not stop. They do not have an audiologist and were unable to program them. I had previously had Phonaks and loved them. I went to your office, at that time on Manchester Road and I have never been so happy. They are perfect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

These people are awesome, did the test told me what was wrong and put hearing aids in on the same day can't tell you what a difference it made. Incredible

I am a four year patient with Mid America Audiology and I have always been completely satisfied. I was introduced to them by my sister, a very long term patient. Today I had a problem with my hearing aid and Donna,the lady who is at the front desk was over the top helpful and kind to me. What a great experience. Thank you.

Donna was really great. She helped me with adjusting my Domes so they fit better in my ears. Now they stay in. She was extremely helpful.

Donna is a problem solver

I took in my friendu2019s set of hearing aids(which were not working)just to get instructions since I know nothing about them. Donna, the lady at the front desk, was so kind in giving me instructions on how to operate them but she also took time clean them out and put in new filters. She refused to accept any compensation. I was really touched by her kindness to strangers. I can only imagine an exceptional level of service if I ever needed a set of hearing aids.

Answered all my questions and restored my hearing aids quickly

I recently had an issue with one of my hearing aids. I called and they scheduled me in the next morning. At that time they quickly reviewed my problem and shipped the aid out for repair. In addition they loaned me an aid for while mine was being repaired. The icing on this cake is that the service was completely covered under warranty!

Dr Amy was very thorough. She took the time to make sure she understood my hearing history. I felt like she cared and had my best interest in mind. The discussion concerning available hearing aids provided me with many options. I was very pleased with the overall experience, and I would recommend this clinic to others.

One of my two hearing aids was not working. I called the office at 9:00 am and got a 1:00 pm appointment. In 15 minutes the audiologist had diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

As always, right on time with courteous treatment!

We have moved to Arizona and needed some information from the past hearing tests. Donna H. could not have been nicer, more patient and helpful! 5-stars is maybe not enough!

Donna at the Creve Coeur location was a wonderful help to me recently. I contacted the office about helping me sort out some old hearing aids from my mother as her newest ones were missing. Donna said she had time that day and patiently and methodically helped sort and pair them up. She truly was a blessing.
