I learned quite a bit from the technician about the phone app which was very helpful.

As always, friendly, efficient service. My problem ('dead' hearing aid) was solved quickly - while I was still there! - and this allowed me to continue on with my hearing life less than 24 hrs since the problem occurred.

My husband Rick was losing his hearing and it was difficult for him to go to restaurants and meetings because I would have to repeat everything someone was asking. I felt like an interpreter and if he thought I was yelling he would get mad. Life is so much better and he has full control of the volume from his phone..love it!

My hearing aid was not able to bring sound to my ears and this was the only place that was able to check them out. I want to thank Amy for going the extra mile to get the moisture out of the tube and cleaning up the microphone.

I have always found Paul and Amy at Belsono to be very interested and responsive to my needs. I highly recommend them.

My father had his hearing aids cleaned by Belsono at Laclede Groves and they stopped working. I called and they had left the facility but offered to make them right if I came by their office. I didnu2019t ask the gentlemanu2019s name that helped but he replaced the filter & tips to avoid wax build up. My dad says they are better than they have ever been! Highly recommend them!
